RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 puts you in the role of an amusement park manager. The game allows you to design to overall look of the park, the various attractions, and of course - the roller coasters themselves. The financial engine is extremely powerful and diverse, with many decisions for you to take, from entrance fees to the amount of pickles served on the burgers. There's a large array of visitors, including all ages and even allowing you to build your family and send it to the park. (MobyGames)

The 1st download is an image of the game DVD (Version 1.2).

The 2nd download is the RCT3 updater. It will fully update any previous version of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 to version 1.2 Rev A. This patch provides Universal support and provides fixes for several minor issues (Fixed a crash when communicating with iTunes to retrieve the 'RCT3' playlist; Cmd-Tab and Cmd-H can be used in fullscreen mode to switch in and out of the game).

The game manual is taken from the RCT3 disc but it is for PC, not Mac. There may have been a manual booklet accompanying the Mac release of the game, but I do not have it.

The 3rd download is a disc image of the expansion pack RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Soaked! (released in 2007).

A re-released version for modern Macs, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum, that includes the expansion packs Soaked and Wild! (previously unavailable for Mac), can be purchased from the Mac App Store.
